Hydraulic Pressure Regulator Pilot Valve – Differential Pressure Control for Refrigeration Systems

Availability:
Quantity:

Introduction:

The ACVPP series hydraulic pressure regulator pilot valve is engineered for precise differential pressure control in refrigeration systems. Designed to maintain a constant pressure difference between the AM1 or AM3 main valves and the ACVPP reference pressure, ensuring optimal system performance.

Features:

  • Material: Carbon Steel

  • Temperature Range: -50°C to +120°C

  • Pressure Range: 0–10 bar

  • Mounting Options: Directly over AM1 or AM3 main valves; externally on CVH housing valves

  • Adjustment: Manual spindle for precise differential pressure setting

  • Standards Compliance: DIN, GB, ANSI

Applications:

  • Industrial refrigeration systems

  • HVAC systems

  • Ammonia and fluorine-based refrigeration circuits

  • High-temperature and high-pressure environments

Advantages:

  • Enhanced system stability and efficiency

  • Durable construction for extended service life

  • Easy integration with existing valve setups

  • Reliable performance across a wide temperature and pressure range

Technical parameters:

Nominal pressure: 2.8MPa    Applicable temperature:-50℃~+150℃

Test pressure: 4.2MPa            Applicable medium:ammonia,fluorine,etc.

Characteristics:

- The Pilots ACVPP are used as differential pressure regulators, mounted directly  over main

valves AM1 or AM3. They can be also mounted on a housing valve

High-Temperature Hydraulic Pressure Regulator Valve   CVH in an external line to control one or more AM or RAK valves.

- The Pilots ACVPP working by differential pressure with a range of 0 Bars to 10 Bars.

- Turning the regulating spindle clockwise to increase the opening differential
pressure of the pilot,(thus the evaporating pressure and temperature)and it

decreases when we turn the spindle anticlockwise.

- Pilot valve is used to keep the difference between AM inlet pressure and

   ACVPP reference pressure constant.
